Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the SEO Pulse platform (seopulse.com.br), you fully agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any provision, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Platform Description & Available Features

SEO Pulse is an advanced SEO intelligence and web analytics platform integrating:

  • Organic Performance Dashboards connecting Google Search Console data (queries, pages, impressions, clicks, CTR, and average positions).
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Integration for monitoring sessions, acquisition channels, traffic sources, conversions, and event funnel exploration.
  • Specialized analytics modules: Keyword Cannibalization, Content Decay, Striking Distance Keywords, and Index Monitoring.
  • Executive Report Generator with AI diagnostics and export formats in CSV, PPTX Slide Decks, and on-demand Google Sheets.
  • Client Portal and Public Share Links secured with cryptographic tokens and expiration settings.

3. Third-Party Connections & AI Providers

When connecting your Google Account or providing third-party API keys (Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, OmniRoute, SEMrush), you represent that you have authorized access to the managed domains. API keys are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Users are responsible for their accounts and usage compliance with respective third-party providers.

4. Team Management & Role-Based Access

SEO Pulse provides role-based access control (Owner, Admin, Member). Organization Owners and Admins are responsible for managing member invitations, approvals, and shared AI or data provider configurations.

5. Intellectual Property & Data Ownership

All intellectual property rights regarding the software, architecture, design, and algorithms belong to SEO Pulse. All domain analytics, keywords, page metrics, and reports generated from your properties belong exclusively to you.

6. Availability, Rate Limits, & Fair Use

We implement high-availability infrastructure. Rate-limiting is enforced to prevent abuse and guarantee stability. SEO Pulse is not liable for temporary service interruptions originating from upstream Google or AI provider API outages.

7. Unlinking & Account Termination

You can disconnect GA4 properties with 1 click, unlink sites, or terminate your account at any time through the dashboard with immediate data unlinking.
